How to measure your pupillary distance (quick method)

This tool uses the average human iris diameter (~11.7mm) as a reference to estimate your pupillary distance. It's fast but less precise than the card-based method.

Steps:

  1. Remove your glasses and push any hair away from your face.

  1. Look directly at the camera and wait for the photo to be automatically captured.
Positioning instructions
  1. After getting your results, you can adjust the "Distance to camera" value (in centimeters) to correct for the natural convergence of your eyes.
  2. Select your intended use in the "Intended use" section; the adjusted measurement for that use will appear in blue.

Note: For prescription glasses, we recommend using the precise pupillary distance tool.
